Hailey really wanted to surprise her siblings for April Fools Day. So she decided to make "grilled cheese" for dinner when in reality it was pound cake and frosting! She sure did trick Paige most of all. The boys thought it smelled sweet so they caught on quickly.
On April 1st the kids came to Joey while he was still in bed and told him "Look outside it snowed!" Joey looked outside to see a beautiful, sunny day with NO snow. April Fools!!! The next day it really did snow, so Joey went to each kids' bed and told them "Look outside it snowed!" They all said "No way. Not falling for it Dad." Well, the joke was on them this time, because it really did snow! Clay ran outside and made a snowman.

We built a beautiful little garden right by our porch! The kids helped me plant the flowers.
For Spring Break we have a tradition of going to St. George and renting a VRBO for the week. This year we decided to stay home because of COVID 19. Joey took the week off of work which was so nice! We did a little fire pit in the yard and roasted hot dogs.

Easter this year falls on April 12th. Clay and Paige were the only one's initially interested in coloring Easter eggs so that's who I got a picture of. They had fun, Hailey joined in later.
