Clay (years ago when he was about 2):
He was learning the art of pooping in the potty and he used to say to me "Turn the music on!" whenever he'd sit down on the potty to do his business. This meant "turn on the fan".
Paige (age 5):
Paige had morning kindergarten. She had come home from school but all her older siblings were gone and Joey was at work. I was getting ready to go to Costco and she said she wanted to stay home. I told her she was too young to stay home all by herself. She said, "I won't be home alone. I'll have Jesus and Alexa!"
